WBC - white blood cell count; the number of white blood cells in a volume of blood.

Wilms tumor - also known as a nephroblastoma; a neoplasm of the kidneys that typically occurs in children.

Wilms tumor, aniridia, genitourinary anomalies and mental retardation (WAGR) - also known as WAGR complex, Wilms tumor-aniridia syndrome or aniridia-Wilms tumor syndrome; a rare genetic syndrome in which affected children are predisposed to develop Wilms tumor, aniridia, genitourinary anomalies, and mental retardation. The G is sometimes instead given as "gonadoblastoma," since the genitourinary anomalies are tumors of the gonads (testes or ovaries).
